Wishlist Member is fully compatible with the Thesis WordPress theme.
We have personally built few websites using the Thesis theme and Wishlist Member without encounting with any problems.
Also you need to realise the both Wishlit Member and Thesis theme update all the time so in the future there may be some glitches, but could easily corrected by contacting the Thesis theme support or the Wishlist Member support.
