Question

Hi guys,

I set the Sequential Upgrade to occur after 30 days, but it’s been 36 days and one of my members is still in the previous level. Why?

Nick J

Answer

Hi Nick,

The Sequential Upgrade triggers the first time a member logs in to the site after the number of days from the previous level had passed (30 days in your case).

If you want the Sequential Upgrade to trigger automatically even if the member has not logged in to the site, you need to use the cron job.

If you are a programmer, you can setup a cron job yourself. If you are not a programmer, you can seek for one in one of the freelancers websites.

Regards,

Dana
