I have got to say that your question were asked more than once in more than one way.
The quick answer for both of the above questions is no.
There isn’t any trial version for Wishlist Member plugin and also there isn’t any way to get Wishlist Member plugin for free.
Wishlist Member plugin is a premium plugin and it’s doesn’t need to be free.
If you want to start your own membership website than you need to know you will need to invest some money.
If you can’t afford it right now, do something else in the mean time and save enough money to buy it.
Another thing don’t be tempted all the “Wishlist Member coupon” tricks.
Wishlist Products the owners of wishlist Member doesn’t offer any coupon.
