Can I add captcha to Wishlist Member registration form and customize its look & feel?

I am looking for a way to insert a clear and understandable registration form to my free membership inside posts and pages.

I know that Wishlist Member allows adding this kind of shortcode. The shortcode does display the registration form, but I don’t link they way it looks, I want to be able to customize it and also to add captcha to prevent spam. Is there anyway I achieve what I need?

Hi Debby,

I will start with the spam problem – you can prevent / minimize spam by defining reCaptcha settings inside Wishlist Member menu under: “Settings » Registration Page » reCaptcha Settings”:

Regarding the look and feel of the registration form, you can customize it also through Wishlist plugin’s settings under Settings » Registration Page » Custom CSS.

Since you mentioned that you don’t like the design of the Wishlist Member registration form, you might be happy to know that we have developed a Wishlist dedicated plugin that allows you to display the registration form in both post / pages and in your website’s sidebar and attract a lot more registration.

The plugin is called Wishlist Registration widget and it also includes Math Captcha (no special settings you need to configure, only check the “Math Captcha” option and you can add or remove fields according to your needs and you can customize the CSS.

If you choose not to display the username and/ or password fields, the password will be sent to the member by email.
