The short answer there isn’t any real plugin that can give you that information.
You can use of course any tracking services like Google Analytics or getClicky and even slimstats ( a free wordpress plugin) but none of them will give the results you are looking for in a real easy way.
As I see it knowing what induvidual member has read is not that important as you need to view what are content most of your read / interact and add from the same kind.
Hope I have answered you questions. Also if anyone knows of a plugin/service that can do the job easily, I will be happy to hear about it.

I too would like to know about this feature. If I am to create a site and use Wishlist Member to create secure areas for my users – I want to be able to track/report on each of those users if I need to.
Is this a feature that can be added? I see this question is from Jan 2012 – has anything changed in the 13 months since?
