Hi Molly,
Wishlist Member does indeed have a built-in integration with 2Checkout.
Just to let you know, we also developed a plugin that allows automating the registration process when using 2Checkout (or any other shopping cart that has a built-in integration with Wishlist).
The plugin basically allows you to completely automate the registration process to your membership site, so members will not need to fill-in the long registration form when they come back from the payment gateway. The plugin also upgrades existing members who upgrade their membership.
