Wishlist Welcome is November’s monthly bonus plugin for the Wishlist Insider community and this plugin is really awesome.
Wishlist Welcome allows you to create personalized messages that will be displayed to your members within a Lightbox after the user logs in to the site.
You can create, edit and style the messages and display them to your desired membership levels.
The cool thing is that you can display the messages based on the member’s number of logins, a set date range and more.
Wishlist Welcome Settings
The Standard Messages Tab
Create messages that will be sent out to your members on the dates you specify.
You can define the membership levels you want the message to be sent to, the start and end date of the message and how frequently to show the message: once a day, after every login or one time only.
You can also resize the message to your needs or just leave the default option on.
Another feature is the archive messages option which allow you to look at all the previous messages you sent.
The Scheduled Messages Tab
These messages are based on an action the members are doing on your site, for example: after they register to your site or after they had been added to a level.
You can define the membership levels, the start and end date (for example: how many days after the registration a message will appear and dissapear) and how frequently to show the message.
The Settings Tab
If you created both standard and scheduled messages, in the settings tab you can prioritize the messages.
You can decide to show the standard messages or scheduled messages first.
The lower priority message will still be displayed, but only after the message with the higher priority will be displayed.

This is only an example of how the Wishlist Welcome lightbox can look like. The sky is the limit… you can literally customize it to your own needs and write any type of message that goes through your mind: from a welcoming message to new members, one time offers, announcements and special deals.
