Headlines from WooThemes – My Complete Review

Headlines is another premium theme developed by WooTheme and it is actually the theme we are currently using on Wishlist Member Plugins blog, so it’s quite funny we still hadn’t written a review about it.

Headlines is a great theme, especially for magazine websites and blogs, since it is very organized and elegant and, and it has some great unique features.

Headline Theme Features We Really Love

Promoting Your Favorite Posts – A very cool feature Headlines theme has is the ability to present a slide area to promote your favorite posts. You can also adjust the settings to slide or to make it static.

Adding Custom Social Bookmark Easily – With single posts, you can place a custom social bookmark as an option below the page where other writings could easily be shared.

Presenting an “Author Bio” Box below Single Posts – You can add your bio and your Gravatar at the end of each post. This is a great feature I love to use.

Adding ads Banners in Minutes – You can upload ad banners very easily to these locations on your site: in the header, in the sidebar and in every post. This is a great feature Headline theme has, because it saves a lot of time. You can basically upload ads in less than a minute. I love this feature.

Adding custom shortcodes – You can easily add different styles of buttons, info boxes, different social buttons, dividers, quotes, contact box and more on posts, pages and widgets. We love using the shortcodes.

Does Headlines Theme Work with Wishlist Member?

Headlines works seamlessly with Wishlist Member. Actually, Wishlist themselves used Headlines theme until not so long ago and just recently switched to Thesis theme.

We are using Headlines theme on several membership sites and it works great.

My Conclusion on Headlines Theme

Headline is a very popular theme among membership sites owners because it is simple to understand and use, but also because it just looks great in the members eyes.

It is a very elegant theme that makes your site looks professional, and it doesn’t require any coding at all, just using the easy to understand interface.
