1. Are you using InfusionSoft / 1ShoppingCart as your payment gateway? Both of them offer an affiliate program with detailed reports, since they both handle the payment process.

3. Are you on a tight budget? InfusionSoft and 1ShoppingCart charge on a monthly basis and they are quite expensive.
