Here are 5 must have tactics you should implement when creating your autoresponders:
1. Set the autoresponders to be delivered at least 7 days apart
Create autoresponders to be delivered automatically to your email lists every 7 days, because you don’t want to over float your subscribers with too many emails.
Plus, you should take into consideration the fact that you will probably send them manual emails with special announcements etc.
Of course, it depends on your niche, but after experimenting for a while I found that sending an email once a week works best for my lists.
2. Track all the autoresponders you create in excel file
Just a simple list that includes the delivery day, the autoresponder’s name and the main issue of the mail (specific product you sell/ interview/ free bonus etc.)
3. Tag your autoresponders’ URLs’ for Google Analytics tracking
Download “Google Analytics URL Builder” add-on for Chrome browser and tag your autoresponders’ links.
This will allow you to receive detailed information about your traffic in Google Analytics reports

4. Make it a habit to update your autoresponders on a regular basis
Just finished uploading new content? Create an autoresponder on the spot.
This will make it easier for you to keep your autoresponders going with little effort.
5. Update Your autoresponders from time to time
Check your excel file from time to time and see if you some autoresponders need to be adjusted/ changed or removed.
