Is it possible for a user to upgrade/downgrade their membership on their own?

“Hello,
I’m installing Wishlist Member on my site and I’m wondering if it’s possible for a user to upgrade/downgrade their membership on their own. Everything I’m finding online seems to suggest that the user must wait for me to upgrade/downgrade the membership level for them. I believe users would prefer to control over that decision and take care of it themselves. Is there anything available that would allow them to do this?

Hi Andrew,
It can be done only if you are using Stripe as a payment gateway, but it will require custom development.
Because every situation has its own scenarios and requirements, if it is relevant for you and you are either using Stripe or planning on using it, I would advice you to schedule a consulting call with one of our Wishlist Member certified developers for more information on how it can be done.
