A very common question among our clients is what forum plugin integrates with Wishlist Member.

Using a forum that integrates with your membership site will allow you to manage your protection settings, grant access by membership level, allow access only to registered users and more.

1. Simple Press

2. Vanilla Forums
We haven’t tried using Vanilla Forums, but you can find an explanation on how to integrate it with Wishlist Member in this link
3. bbPress
Until now, bbPress did not have a complete integration with Wishlist Member, as when integrating them, it did not have the option to protect the main forum index page, topics and replies within the forum to be seen by members only.
Recently we have custom developed a plugin for one of our clients and we decided to enhance it with even more features and release it as a commercial plugin, since many people have asked us if this kind of integration exist. We are happy to announce Wishlist bbPress Protection plugin

I see Platform University uses IP Board, don’t know if its behind the wishlist site wall or if it is infusion. Irregardless, can you review it and see how it works with wishlist member??

IP Board can work with Wishlist Member just like any other forum.
The idea when integrating any kind of forum with Wishlist Member is the roll management.
There isn’t much difference between the forums from the integration point of view, however, some forums does need custom coding to do it.
Because IP Board is one of the high-end forums, anyone that requires this kind of integration is willing to pay for custom development.
Because of that we don’t currently have a schedule for reviewing this forum.
